Eddie CRM is a private customer relationship management system. Only people invited by an administrator can sign in. This page explains what information the CRM holds and how it is protected.
What the CRM stores
Contact details (such as name, email, phone and address) for clients, leads and referral partners; notes, tasks and the status of each opportunity; and, for users, their email address, a securely hashed password and sign-in records.
How it is used
Only to manage the team's client relationships: keeping records, following up, and sharing status with referral partners who have been given access. The information is not sold, rented or shared for advertising.
Who can see it
Team members invited by an administrator. Referral partners can see only the records shared with them. Access can be removed at any time, for example when someone leaves the team.
How it is protected
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
- Data is kept on a dedicated server in the United States, with the database not reachable from the internet.
- Automatic nightly backups, kept for a limited period.
- Changes to records are logged, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited.
Users receive sign-in, reminder and notification emails. Any marketing email sent from the CRM includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribe requests are honored automatically.
Questions or requests
To ask about, correct or delete information about you, contact the person or team you work with, who manages the account.
